Job summary

TaxSlayer, LLC seeks Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team for the 2026/2027 tax season. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate guidance through the tax filing process.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training. This temporary, work-from-home role is nationwide within the United States, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
