TaxSlayer is seeking seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training, and positions are open to residents in GA, SC, NC, FL and TN.

As the voice of TaxSlayer, you will respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
