Job summary

TaxSlayer is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. The team will begin in late December, with paid training and starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

Positions are open to candidates residing in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. As the voice of TaxSlayer, you will assist customers through phone, email, or chat, provide product and pricing information, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records in the

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using customer support software and systems.
• Professional and empathetic in challenging interactions.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
