Job summary

TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team for the 2026/2027 tax season. Seasonal Customer Support Representatives work from home during peak season, with paid training and an hourly rate of $17.00, starting in late December.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, or chat; providing accurate product information; troubleshooting issues; maintaining customer records; and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
