Job summary

TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training. Open to residents of GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN.

You will assist customers through phone, email, or chat, resolving questions about TaxSlayer products and services while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior customer support or call center experience is desirable.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the support system.

TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team for the 2026/2027 tax season. Our teams will begin in late December.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability
