CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to support the office during tax season from January to April.

The role provides direct client support and assists service teams in Tax, Outsourcing and Assurance with administrative and marketing tasks. Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's preferred), and the ability to quickly learn new software.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support to service team leaders across Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance, or Digital.
• Process client documents, prepare returns and organize tax organizers.
• Assist with client communications and workflow management to meet deadlines.
• Support engagement letters, reports, and client invoices as needed.
