CLA is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Coordinator in our St. Louis, MO office to support tax season from January to April.

You’ll assist service leaders in Assurance, Tax, Outsourcing, and Digital, handling client documents and workflow tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Two years of relevant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; familiarity with CCH ProSystemFx and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsabilités

• Support service team leaders in Assurance, Tax, Outsourcing, or Digital.
• Process client source documents and provide completed returns/instructions.
• Coordinate engagement letters, reports and client deliverables.
• Assist with drafting monthly bills for Principal review.
• Provide back-up support for internal operations during peak periods.
