Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems

Responsibilities

• Provide tax season client support from Jan to Apr.
• Assist team leaders in tax, outsourcing, assurance or digital services.
• Prepare and organize client documents and communications.
• Maintain databases and workflow systems for accurate data.
• Support internal operations and back-up other teams as needed.
