Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support during tax season January–April.
• Assist with client document processing and workflow management.
• Prepare and mail tax organizers, organize client documents, and track deadlines.
• Support service leaders in marketing and administrative tasks.
