Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC seeks a Client Service Coordinator in our Maumee, OH office to support the tax season from January to April. You will assist Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance, and Digital teams with client requests, document processing, and workflow management.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CCH ProSystemFx. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external client support during tax season.
• Process client source documents and organize workflow.
• Assist with drafting engagements, billing, and client communications.
• Coordinate with Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital teams and support office operations.

Education
