Job summary

The position requires 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to master new software. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CCH products are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support service team leaders in Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital.
• Assist with preparing tax organizers, organizing client documents and final returns.
• Track deadlines and manage client data in filing systems.
• Coordinate engagement letters and client deliverables within multiple service lines.
• Provide general internal and external support for Outsourcing teams and clients.
