Responsibilities

• Scan and organize incoming client documents accurately and timely.
• Prepare and route scanned documents per office procedures.
• Support administrative staff with client document intake as needed.
• Review tax documents ahead of preparation and verify data accuracy.
• Flag missing or unclear items for the preparer; no tax knowledge required.
• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping across a high volume of binders.
• Work through assigned files to meet turnaround expectations during peak season.
• Assemble completed tax returns into organized client-ready packets.
• Track required signed documents and follow up as directed.
• Support client communication around document intake and return pickup.
• Assist with general office tasks including supply management and data entry.
• Support additional Operations projects as needed.
