Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, from discovery to final tax outcomes, while expanding the local client base and promoting Intuit solutions. • EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday; hours may scale during peak season.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms provided and branding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory helps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
