Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers using TurboTax.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the TurboTax client base, build long‑term relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through friendly service, clear explanations, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or bonds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship-building.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
