Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will work in-person with customers, delivering full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while helping grow Intuit’s local client base.

You’ll engage with the community, leverage TurboTax marketing resources, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person at retail locations.
