Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers to foster loyalty.

This role focuses on growing the local client base, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and leveraging marketing resources to build prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns filed per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work 20 hours per week, Sunday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships through in-person interaction.
