Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax RetailExpert team at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax services, prep, and advice, helping customers navigate their tax needs with a client-focused approach. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and support marketing efforts while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, frontline retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required; state licenses or permits may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; strong tax knowledge and advisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and grow client relationships.
