Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help clients navigate their tax needs. You’ll grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while leveraging marketing support and software

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liability, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients in-person and via Intuit tools.
