Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and small business returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with tax laws and ability to explain complex tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
