Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site, delivering hands-on tax advice and full preparation services. You will connect clients with a broader team for bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, while building local relationships and growing the client base.

You will engage in private and group tax reviews, support complex scenarios, and ensure a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Build local and online presence; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions, including planning and amendments.
• Support local growth with outreach, events, and client referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
