Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to interview clients and prepare complete tax returns. You will help with tax planning, audits, and offering additional products and services, while supporting clients’ IRS needs.

You will join an office that operates under its own franchisee model and receive training to handle diverse tax scenarios. Strong communication across channels is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting tax interviews with clients—in person and via video, phone, chat or email.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• High school diploma or higher as baseline education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
