H&R Block is seeking a seasoned Tax Professional to help clients with complex returns and tax planning. You’ll interview clients virtually or in person, prepare accurate returns, and support growth by offering additional products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience with tax planning and audit support preferred.
• Sales and/or marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; audit representation as appropriate.
