Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will conduct interviews in person and via virtual tools, prepare tax returns, and help grow the client base with the support of a skilled team.

The role requires strong knowledge of tax regulations, continuing education, and the ability to mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or higher required.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements
