You will conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools, prepare complete and accurate returns, and work to generate business growth and higher client retention by offering additional products and services.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing individual returns
