Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will conduct interviews in person or virtually, prepare complete and accurate returns, and contribute to client growth and retention under an expert team.

You’ll receive advanced tax training and support to guide clients through complex returns, including individual, trust and partnership tax needs, with emphasis on excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (audit representation where applicable)
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS/state requirements
