H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex returns with confidence. You'll deliver accurate tax preparation, conduct virtual interviews, and provide IRS support while receiving advanced tax training from a dedicated team.

You'll build lasting client relationships, identify opportunities for additional products and services, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; CPA/EA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (audit representation for Circular 230 associates)
• Mentor and support teammates
