• Fifteen (15)+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
• Five (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• CPA or JD required; Private Equity or Flow-Through industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management, analytical and client service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters for middle-market to multinational clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC740 and related projects.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, and credits areas.
• Oversee tax planning for federal and individual clients and review complex tax research.
