Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support the tax interview process in Eagle, Colorado. You will enter client and W-2 information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate bookkeeping while delivering superior service to clients.

This paid training role offers flexible seasonal and part-time schedules, a supportive team environment, and benefits that help you grow tax and customer service skills. Previous Windows experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
