Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an associate to support tax interviews in Agoura Hills, CA. You will enter client and W-2 data into the tax program at the interview start and help assemble returns with signatures during the closing.

This role emphasizes delivering superior service to every client and supporting bookkeeping procedures as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong reading, math, and communication skills.

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
