H&R Block in Oxford, OH is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with the tax interview, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and helping assemble tax returns. You will begin the interview, enter data, and help ensure accuracy and completeness.

In the closing stages, you’ll review the finished product with the client, obtain signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
