Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with the tax interview process in Oklahoma. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to start the interview, then help assemble and finalize the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the product with the client.

You will also complete bookkeeping procedures and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring all clients receive superior service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and perform basic math to complete tax interviews.
• Effective in-person and phone communication.
• Experience with Windows-based software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information at the start of the tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain signatures at closing.
• Review the completed product with the client.
• Perform bookkeeping procedures as needed.
