Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member in Ohio to support tax interview processes and client service. You will help enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist in assembling tax returns, and review the finished product with clients.

This role includes completing bookkeeping procedures and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, solid reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assemble the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
