Job summary

H&R Block in Lincoln, ME is seeking a team member to support the tax interview process and ensure accurate data entry for client returns. You will help begin interviews by entering client and W-2 information and close interviews by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing results with clients.

You will also perform bookkeeping procedures and uphold exceptional service for all clients while adapting to additional duties as assigned, including compliance with state/local

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
