H&R Block, Inc. in Presque Isle, Maine, is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant to help start the interview by entering client and W-2 information and to support closing steps in the tax return process.

You will contribute to providing superior service to each client, handle basic tax-program tasks on Windows, and assist with bookkeeping as needed. A high school diploma and math/reading skills are required.

Qualificações

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
