Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a front-line tax assistant in New Hampshire to help begin tax interviews, enter client and W-2 information, and ensure a smooth, accurate process for every client.

You will assemble returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures while delivering superior service to all clients and supporting team needs.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills are required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
