Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support in person, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with clear, personalized guidance. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and partner with marketing resources to build lasting relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney license required or able to obtain
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20 hours per week minimum; weekends possible

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build community presence
• Nurture leads and convert prospects to long-term clients
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using official resources and software
