Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills are needed to start and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information at tax interview start.
• Assemble tax return, obtain signatures, review with client, and complete bookkeeping.
• Provide superior service to all clients.
