Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to assist at the start and end of tax interviews. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and help assemble returns, secure signatures, and review results with the client.

You will also ensure top-quality service for all clients and support additional duties as assigned, contributing to a positive client experience during the tax season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned
