Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Missouri seeks a frontline team member to support the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the interview and help ensure accuracy from the start.

You will assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with the client, while delivering superior service and handling miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information at the start of the tax interview
• Assemble tax return and obtain signatures at closing
• Review completed tax product with client and ensure quality service
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
