Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a role to support tax interview processes and deliver superior client service. You will assist at the start of the interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and help close the interview by assembling the return and obtaining signatures.

You will review the completed product with the client, ensure accuracy, and perform basic bookkeeping procedures, while following state and local requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
