Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interviews. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and help assemble the tax return with signatures at the end of the interview.

You will review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures, ensuring superior service to all clients. Additional state/local requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at the end of the interview.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
