The Tax Partner will drive complex engagements, provide high-level technical and strategic guidance, and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at a CPA/public accounting firm.
• CPA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex tax engagements within your area of expertise.
• Provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients.
• Mentor, develop, and support tax managers and senior professionals.
• Support business development and expand existing client relationships; develop new business.
• Represent the firm professionally in the marketplace and industry networks.
