Whitman Advisory Job Community seeks an experienced Tax Manager for its Delaware office. This role offers a broad, generalist tax focus with exposure to closely held businesses, individuals, nonprofit organizations, and various industry sectors.

You will handle tax compliance, planning, advisory work, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of public accounting tax experience, strong federal/state/local tax knowledge, and a track record in client

Strong federal, state, and local tax knowledge; experience with individuals and businesses.

Responsabilidades

Manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements from planning and preparation through completion.
Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners.
Develop tax projections and estimated tax calculations.
Research complex tax issues and provide practical recommendations to clients.
Mentor staff and provide technical guidance to tax professionals.
Collaborate with accounting and advisory colleagues when client needs extend beyond tax.
