Job summary

A leading national CPA and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join its Private Client Services (PCS) practice in a senior leadership capacity. You will lead high-value private client relationships and provide strategic tax guidance to HNW clients and principals.

Ideal candidates hold CPA/JD or equivalent, with a proven track record toward Partner and strong relationship-building skills to expand the practice.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD and/or relevant advanced tax qualification.
• Significant experience within a CPA, accounting or professional services firm.
• Strong Private Client / HNW tax expertise.
• Existing experience at Partner, Principal or senior leadership level, or a clear track record toward Partner.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building and growing a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value private client relationships
• Advise HNW and UHNW individuals, families and business owners on complex tax planning and compliance
• Provide strategic guidance across individual, trust, estate, gift and closely held business tax matters
• Develop new business and expand existing client relationships
• Work closely with Partners across Tax, Advisory and other service lines
