• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
• Identify and implement process improvements; leverage AI to drive efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for process and strategy improvements.
• Build scalable operational processes and liaison with tax agencies and internal teams.
