Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to draft/design business requirements, process flow diagrams and rules matrices.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and leadership; monitor KPIs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee team workload, quality, and utilization; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure standardized processes for tax operations and train as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Travel up to 20%.
