Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney certification.
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Oversee the team, monitor status, issues, and delivery against deadlines.
• Ensure standardized processes and coach team members in performance management.
• Assist with internal and external audits and provide documentation of current processes.
• Drive efficiency through KPI/KRI reporting and manage engagement risk.
