• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritize and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to draft/design business requirements and process diagrams.
• Change management, operations and process improvement experience.
• Proven leadership and employee development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and people management.

Aufgaben

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Direct day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across work streams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to client expectations.
• Coach and develop team members; manage engagement economics.
• Oversee taxation operations and provide visibility to leadership.
• Ensure standardized processes and coordinate training.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation of processes.
• Drive efficiency through KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
• Manage budget and ensure work is delivered within financial constraints.
• Travel up to 20% to support engagements.
