Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics required.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions, review KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee workload, quality, and utilization across the team; manage escalations.
• Maintain standardized processes and coordinate training; support audits as needed.
• Demonstrate performance and drive efficiencies with KPIs and KRIs for management.
• Take responsibility for service quality and manage engagement risk.
• Understand business financials to ensure work stays within budget.
• Use standard technologies to drive efficiency and deliverables.
• Act as a counsellor; coach team members and participate in performance management.
• Travel 20% or less.
• Maintain governance over tax operations and cross-border activities.
• Develop and mentor employees to strengthen capabilities.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation of processes.
