EY is seeking a senior Tax Operations Leader for US and global information reporting engagements within the EY EDGE practice. You will guide a team working on NRA withholding, FATCA, and related tax reporting across financial services, banking, insurance, and multinational sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead of tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across work streams.
• Drive on-time delivery and maintain client expectations while developing team members.
• Oversee escalation resolution and ensure standardized tax operation processes.
• Support client internal and external audits with documentation of current processes.
• Produce KRIs/KPIs to evidencing performance and drive efficiency.
• Ensure service quality and manage engagement risk within scope and budget.
• Understand business financials to manage out-of-scope work and billable hours.
